Lifetime Warranty for Your Peace of Mind

Cali Remodels (“Company”) hereby provides a Lifetime Warranty to the original homeowner (“Homeowner”) who commissions our general contracting projects. This warranty is non-transferable and remains in effect for as long as the Homeowner owns the property where the work was performed. This Warranty underscores our confidence in the durability of our workmanship and our dedication to your satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage

Subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth herein, the Company warrants that all construction and labor performed as part of the project (“Work”) will be free from defects in workmanship for the lifetime of the Homeowner’s ownership of the property. Should any defects in workmanship arise, the Company commits to repair such defects at no additional cost to the Homeowner. This Warranty covers the integrity and functionality of the Work, ensuring it stands the test of time under normal usage conditions.

Service Call Fee

To ensure our resources are efficiently utilized and to prevent unnecessary calls, an $79 service call fee will only be charged each time a technician is dispatched to the property after 90 days of completion of your project . This fee applies even under the Lifetime Warranty. If the issue is determined to be covered by the warranty, the repair itself will be at no additional cost. This measure helps us manage time and resources effectively, especially in cases where the problem is unrelated to the original work or results from improper use or maintenance by the homeowner.

Exclusions to the Warranty

This Warranty expressly does not cover:

• Third-Party Materials: Any components, materials, or products not manufactured by the Company but supplied by third parties, even if installed by the Company, will not be covered under this Warranty. The Homeowner may have warranty rights directly from the manufacturers of such materials.

• Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual changes that occur naturally over time, including but not limited to cosmetic changes such as fading, discoloration, or wear from standard usage.

• Improper Use or Maintenance: Any damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow the Company’s recommended maintenance guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, mechanical damage, exposure to harmful chemicals, and failure to adhere to care instructions.

• Unauthorized Alterations: Any modifications, alterations, or repairs made by parties other than the Company or its authorized agents. This includes, but is not limited to, structural changes, electrical modifications, and plumbing adjustments not performed by the Company.

• Incidental Damage: The Company is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, water damage (e.g., from burst pipes), electrical failure, and property damage, arising from or related to the Work. This Warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, acts of God, acts of war, or other external forces beyond the control of the Company.

• Compliance with Laws and Regulations: The Homeowner is responsible for ensuring that the project and any specified materials comply with local building codes, regulations, and homeowners’ association rules. The Company is not liable for non-compliance unless it is directly due to a failure to adhere to expressed contractual obligations regarding compliance.
